2. Role - Corporate Banking Relationship Manager (2Nos)

Location - Pune

Industry - Banking / NBFC

Relevant Required Experience - (1-2) years min.

Salary Range - As per industry Standard (max 25 Lakhs).

Corporate Banking Relationship Manager:

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

1) Identify and prospect for new corporate clients within a designated market segment. (Loan and Advances)

2) Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and acting as a trusted advisor.

3) Oversee client onboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth integration with the bank's services.

- Business Development and Sales:

- Analyze client financials and business needs to identify suitable financial products and services. (Working Capital, Short Term Loan, Term Loan, Supply Chain Finance, Bill discounting under Letter Of Credit)

- Souring New to Bank customers increases liability Business and generates FX revenue.

- Structure and propose financing solutions, including loans, lines of credit, trade finance, and cash management services.

- Negotiate terms and present proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the bank's offerings.

- Achieve set sales targets for new business generation.

- Credit Analysis and Risk Management:

- Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers, analyzing financial statements and industry trends.

- Work closely with credit risk teams to ensure transactions comply with bank policies and regulations.

- Monitor existing loan portfolios and proactively manage credit risks.

- Market Knowledge and Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and new financial products relevant to the target corporate segment.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

- Additional Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams like treasury, legal, and compliance to ensure smooth transaction execution.

- Prepare reports and presentations on client activity, portfolio performance, and market trends.
