Corporate Relationship Manager - Bank

Corporate Relationship Manager for our client MNC Bank.

Job Description :

- Sourcing of new Corporate accounts from the open market for Loan/credit advancement purpose

- Obtaining their KYC Documents and other financial papers.

- Corporate products: OD, TL, WCDL, PCFC, LC, BG etc, mainly Bills discounting facilities - Sales, Purchase, Export.

- Managing customer accounts, once on-boarded to Bank, Follow up with them for recovery also.

- Liaise with the underwriting / Ops team to ensure tracking of files from sourcing to disbursal.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs in defined TAT .
