MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with listed and unlisted clients.

- Advising clients engaged on Corporate and Securities law.

- Handling client queries and documentation in relation to above referred laws.

- Ensuring compliance with systems/processes and documentation of the same.

- Handling research related matters.

- Preparing legal opinions

Qualifications: Company Secretary and Law Graduate with internship or work experience with a Merchant Banker or consulting firm or listed company

Experience: fresher to 2 years

Skills :

- Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs.

- Good understanding of Corporate and Securities law.

- Practical experience of working with stock exchanges

- Familiarity with Stock Exchange filing portals

- Good interpretation skills

- Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Good verbal and written communication

- Ability to handle multiple clients/assignments

- Organized and able to meet deadlines
