Associate - Capital Market Division J0B DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES : - Carrying out complete due diligence exercise for Public Issues / Rights Issues. Takeovers/ Buy Backs / Delisting, etc. - Liaison with various intermediaries like other Merchant Bankers Advertising Agencies, Registrars to the Issues Offer, Brokers. Banker, etc. - Due diligence of the Issuer compare's viz. Business due diligence, Financial due diligence and Legal due diligence. - Co- ordination with research team with respect to valuations, research reports etc. - Liaison with regulatory authorities (SEBI and Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE). Expertise Required: IPO, QIP, FPO, Buy Back, Rights Issue, Open offer, Origination & Issue Management. SKILLS REQUIRED : 1. Hands on experience in management of Public Issues (Equity & Debt). QIP. Buy Back, FPO Rights Issue, Delisting, Open Offer, etc. 2. Managed at least two or more issue single handedly or as an active Team member 3. Team Leader for at least one IPO or Buy Back or Delisting or C pen Offer or Rights Issue (anyone Orin combination with other) 4. Very good Business Development skill with strong customer relationship management skills. 5.
