Corporate Manager - HR Operations - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a Corporate HR Ops. Manager for a Large FMCG, based in Mumbai.
- 2 years full Time PG in HR with 8-10 years of work exp in ER/HR ( combination ) in an FMCG environment is mandatory.
The role :
- Partnering and supporting the HRBP's, stakeholders and line managers and driving end to end experience for employees.
- To enable smooth running of operations with greater degree of customer mindset, proactivity, and strong bias for action.
- Prioritization and work distribution, training & development based on future fit capabilities, performance management, career development
- Provide strong support to HRBPs aligned to business
- Interface with the Operations team and also other functions e.g. IT, Finance, Legal, etc. to drive simple and consistent end-to-end experiences across all HR lifecycles.
- Serve as an agile and flexible resource on managing HR related issues, while serving as a change agent
- To Coach on management issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes.
- Lead change management efforts to work on better integrated technology landscape.
