Corporate Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Bank (6-10 yrs)
- A Mid Size Bank in Chennai is looking for a Corporate Compensation and Benefits Manager with 6 -10 years of experience, Candidate should be an MBA HR from Tier 1 /Tier 2 College.
- Have hands on experience in managing entire gamut of C&B activities including Payroll Management, Compensation Benchmarking, C&B Management, Job Evaluation, one who has actually designed, developed and implemented compensation structures, Performance Management Systems.
- The position reports to the CHRO and carries attractive salary and benefits. Immediate joiners to be preferred.
