Corporate Legal Role - Lending Firm

Hiring for Corporate Legal with a financial organisation

Base: Mumbai

Individual contributor role

The job profile for will be as under

- Advising on documentation and queries relating to Bank's various business and Products

- To vet and draft security documents such as mortgages, pledges, hypothecation, Guarantees, Counter Guarantees, etc.

- To vet and advise on Escrow Agreement

- To vet Consortium Documentation

- To advice Trade Finance Team on invocation of Bank Guarantees

- To advise on all legal queries raised by the Business unit on title search report for security creation etc.

- To advise on applicable stamp duty

Also note that one of the position while will need experience as mentioned above , to additionally have experience in :

- In the field of end to end contract life cycle which includes drafting/ redlining of contracts

- Email review tracking for internal purposes.

- Upload Agreements in the internal repository.

- Work within core contracts management group.

- Updating and maintaining contracts data base / execution processes.
