Corporate Legal Professional - NBFC

Job Description :

- Effectively draft, review and provide legal advice on commercial and legal documents

- Provide effective and timely legal advice and support to business and support teams

- Analyze legal issues relating to product lines

- Communicate legislative changes to the business teams & guide stakeholders on regulatory and compliance matters

- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures

- Liaison with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate course of action has been taken

- Reduce the frequency of engaging external counsels by increasing internal knowledge base and capabilities
