Corporate Legal Executive - LLB/LLM

Company: A leading Business Conglomerate

Position: Corporate Legal Executive

Location: Chennai

Role Details:

- Drafting and /or Vetting of Agreements / Deeds / Contracts / Legal documents / Legal Notices / Writ Petitions / etc.

- Drafting and executing transactional documents and handling of all kinds of litigation for the company

- Handling of cases filed under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, NI Act and SARFAESI and Insolvency (incl.,IBC) Acts., etc.

- Vetting of title of immovable property

- Maintaining MIS

- All other connected works of the legal department

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law in regular stream from a recognized college / university with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

- Around 3 to 5 years' experience in Corporate, Business & Allied Laws

- Communication skills in English and Hindi (Read, Write and Speak)

Proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook
