Our clients are looking for Legal Counsel. Will report to the Legal Head. This is a Work-from office role based at BKC.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile

1. Review and negotiate business contracts with a variety of business partners (including NBFCs, banks, marketing agencies, tech platforms, and financial institutions) on a range of topics, including marketing, promotions, e-commerce contracts, payment support services contracts, and other types of standard commercial contracts, as well as complex, high-value transactions, and cutting-edge business initiative

2. Assist business teams, opine on applicable legislation and legal concerns relating to new business products, and help structure new business products.

3. Draft terms of service, standard form agreements, and other legal documents

4. Resolve legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships.

5. Review internal procedures and compliance issues.

6. Research and analyze regulatory issues concerning the Company's business model.

Candidate Profile

1. Education: LLB with 3-10 years of relevant experience in a BFSI / Fintech/law firm or start-up

2. Strong expertise in legal drafting, research, negotiation, and commercial and contentious work
