- A Tier 1, full services law firm with a pan india presence. Strong focus on Corporate-Commercial, M&A, Private Equity, Projects, Energy, Infrastructure and Resources, Banking & Finance, Project Finance and Disputes Resolution.

About the Corporate practise :

- Mergers & Acquisitions

- Private Equity / Venture Capital

- Fund Formation

- Corporate Restructuring & reorganisation

- Real Estate

About the role :

- Supporting a broad array of transactions including M&A, PE / VC investments, fund creation, corporate restructuring and reorganisation.

- Working closely with senior team members in executions, business development exercises

- Managing transactions from engagement to completion, including supervising and coordinating other junior team members

- Developing and demonstrating resilience and autonomy whilst maintaining the highest levels of client care and standards, taking responsibility for calling on your seniors for supervision and guidance where appropriate

- Drafting and negotiating complex documents

- Substantial experience working on cross-border transactions

- Initiating and developing client relationships through, amongst other things, networking, targeted business development initiatives and assisting with formal responses to requests for proposals.

Candidate requirements :

- LLB / LLM

- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in a law firm.

- Strong exposure to relevant corporate / M&A / Foreign Investment regulations in India.

- Detailed grasp of complex legal concepts and excellent drafting skills
