Corporate Lawyer - LLB/CS

Leading Law Firm - Looking for LLB + CS from Corporate & Banking Background - Location MG Road Banglore - Must have good exp in roles for handling Structuring, MNA, drafting, equity & transaction, Good with Documentation

- Good with handling MNA, Drafting, Equity & Transaction, Documentation

- Industry experience in handling core legal work

- CS & LLB preferred

- Have sound legal knowledge on various corporate & other regulatory compliances applicable to Indian entities

- Good team player, independent performer & has managed the team as well

- Fluent in English, verbal and written.

- Able to work on multiple assignments

- Able to work at times in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy.

- Hands-on/practical approach, self-starter, team player.

- Out of the box solutions-thinking attitude.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity.

- Intermediate knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Power Point & MS-Word (Advanced skills - desirable)
