Corporate Lawyer - LLB

Role :

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating various types of contracts and documentation

- Exposure to all aspects of corporate legal documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, financing, securities, intellectual property, regulatory etc.

- Liasoning independently with law firms / lawyers / Counsels / internal stake holders

Qualification :

- LLB ( 5 years integrated ) from Tier 1 Law Schools

- 2 to 5 years of work experience in a Law firm in Corporate team

- Excellent communication skills
