- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

- Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions

- experience of working in full-service law firms in corporate practice, 2-4 years of law firm experience is required.

- advising clients on various corporate law, company law issues

- good drafting and negotiation skills
