A respected law firm in Bangalore and Chennai is looking to hire General Corporate Lawyers For expanding its current team.

- Looking for 2018/2019/2020 batch

- Experience in conducting due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents such as term sheets.

- Drafting, vetting, and review of various commercial agreements.

- Should have experience in private equity, venture capital and mergers, and acquisition focus.

- Advising funds on PE, VC transactions including due diligence.

- Candidates from Insurance background Preferred.

- Candidates coming from National Law University would be preferred.
