Corporate Lawyer - Inhouse Law Firm

Looking to hire a transaction lawyer with 3-5years of experience for an in-house based in Delhi.

- The ideal candidate should have approximately 3-5 years of legal experience handling corporate and commercial transactions.

- Experience in a law firm is preferred.

- Candidate must show skills in reviewing complex contracts and identifying key areas of concern.

- Prior experience in handling transactions pertaining to private equity and venture capital, mergers, and acquisition is desirable.

- Candidate is expected to display quick turnaround times.

- Candidate should display strong communication/interpersonal skills, time management and prioritization skills

- Candidate should display the ability to investigate and resolve complex issues

- A high attention to detail is necessary

- Strong written and verbal communications skills (PowerPoint, Word) is necessary
