Key responsibilities:
1) Works closely with the business head and people managers on the department to help drive the people agenda- to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
2) Experience in Corporate Hiring.
3 Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
4) Drives employee engagement activities
5) Responsible for run and delivery of set processes like (but not limited to) - grievances / employee relations advisory, be the facilitator of difficult performance conversations, year-end performance management cycle, annual compensation surveys, short term projects from the COE, facilitating monthly onboarding program, driving engagement with the existing interventions etc.
6) 4-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in Operations, Digital, IT, Finance.
