Unit HR Head - Healthcare - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

A Conglomerate having significance foothold in the hospitals and healthcare space, wishes to hire sharp and promising HR professionals as part of their corporate HR team to head the units in Kolkata & Jaipur.

Role : Corporate HR /Unit HR - Healthcare

The incumbent shall be :

- Process owner for Talent Management and development functions for the Hospitals

- Managing Comp & Ben function

- Part of Strategic HR projects

- Championing Employee Engagement

- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture

- We invite applications from only premier B School graduates with 8-10 years of post qualification experience

- Applicants must have worked in organizations of repute having robust systems and processes.

- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.

- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross functional teams.

- Should be open to handling specialist and generalist functions.
