Looking for HR Manager(Corporate HR, L&D, HRIS)
- We believe in creating, measuring and improving employees experiences that are people centric and consistent with our core values. The Manager HR for Talent Management will lead all the Talent Development and centre of excellence Projects for the media tech company.
- As a growing start up focused on building and developing capabilities, the incumbent will be expected to design and implement programs for Learning and Development, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition and engagement.
- Conduct and anchor Talent Assessments, identify readiness/ gaps and design and implement interventions to address talent needs at all levels of the organization
- Manage compensation link to talent assessments and growth, review and propose changes on compensation strategy
- Anchor Engagement framework aimed at building a sustainable culture and consistent employee experiences. Design and execute Engagement surveys and action planning annually
- Identify individual and team learning needs and establishing annual learning framework to meet these. Establish ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs
- Oversee HR information and reporting systems and devise ways to automate and impact user interface for HR systems
- Own performance, retention and development of team member
