Exp in PMS and training for 2000 employees for manufacturing sector, should know how to do pms from scratch; good communication skills;willing to work for 6 days a week


- MBA Full time


- Handling performance appraisals including performance planning and appraisals

- Competency mapping, gap analysis and creation of individual development.

- Managing and monitoring promotions &job rotations


- Identify and implement strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting spirit of cooperation between team members and mentoring.

- Provision of induction to all employees on company policies, Bank Account process, Payroll & associated deductions, Allowance settlement and Mediclaim Insurances.


- Draft HR policies related to Compensation & Benefits, Job Classification & Grading, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Trainings & Development for various countries in Asia

- Periodic review and updates to the HR policy Manual; updating policies as per organizational needs including updates to Statutory benefits


- Developed and designed strategies to achieve learning goals as created by organization.

- Oversaw training resources and ensured optimization of resources to meet company requirements.

- Managed budgets for projects and forecasted need for future.

- Conceptualized training & development initiatives for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

- Identified training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies
