- Facilitating Critical Talent Identification for the Business (for Mid Level to Leadership roles)
- Planning Career nominations and succession planning for critical roles
Recruitment :
- Identifying the required manpower and hiring the same across Mid / Sr Level.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Supporting the HR Lead and Process Heads in Defining Unique roles in the Organization.
- Implement the Compensation guidelines through the Review exercise.
Performance and Development Review :
- Administering the by Annual and Midyear Performance review cycles
