- He / She will be responsible for implementing HR Strategies, HR Processes and Transformation at Corporate Office.
- Should be Two Years MBA full time from Tier 1 institutes with engineering background from Big 4 Consulting Firms.
- Deep knowledge on wide-spectrum of HR functions in corporate setup
- Strong in analytics & problem solving
- Excellent customer centricity, communication & presentation skills
- Handling multiple projects and delivering them
- HR planning & implementation across multiple industries
- Hands-on experience on HR strategy development and program management
- Ability to work as an individual contributor
- Consultancy exposure (at least one stint) is preferred
- Staff to CHRO exposure in large corporates is preferred
