We will not consider HR sitting on Plant.   Requirement: Head, HR   Experience- 15 to 20+ years required (MUST)  The person should be a dynamic professional with an innovative approach to manufacturing HR. As a People Process Leader, please use this list to get a sense of the expectations from the HR Leader.   A. Executing innovative and proactive talent management in the manufacturing sector.   B. Industrial Relations for all existing and upcoming plants.   C. Calculate and project manpower planning and costing numbers, create and report meaningfully on HR metrics.   D. Compliance Reporting - Internal and External   E. Kaizen (constant improvement) on existing and future HR Processes.   F. Working with all allied departments to meet business needs.   G. Supporting 3x growth of the organization.   The position requires travel for at least 30% of the time and is based in Jaipur.
