Corporate HR Head for a one of the fastest growing cement manufacturing company. He will head the company's HR vertical and should have an experience working closely with promoters of the company.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's philosophy and culture
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that is performance driven
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Should have hands-on experience in Manpower Planning and other budgetary tasks in line with company's practice.
- Should have experience in handling Labour/internal union, Settlement, Public Relations, Local Matters and Settlements and Disciplinary matters.
- Ensure and comply with all legal compliance related to labor laws and other HR related regulations
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as HR Head or similar role in a renowned MNC / sizeable corporate house
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
