Job Description Role : Corporate HR Business Partner & CoE Lead- Employee Engagement Reporting to : CHRO Location : Gurgaon Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): - Partner with business on Talent , Engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment - Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement for the entire organization (approx. 1000 employees) - Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Anticipate emerging business needs & drive HR actions - Working closely with the CHRO on driving & aligning HR Strategy Behavioral Competencies & Skills - Interpersonal awareness: to build, maintain and actively contribute to positive relationships - Strong People Orientation - Strong Networking skills - Effective execution ability - Ability to perform in adverse situations through out-of-box thinking - Punctual with deadlines and deliverables - Humility - High Learning Agility, Eligibility - MBA from a Top Institute with a minimum 5 years work experience across various functions in HR - HRBP Experience in diverse and global company environment - Experience in employee engagement
