Talent Acquisition
- Stakeholder Management and above employees for RBB
- Annual Compensation Review (Promotion and appraisals)
- Talent Management- Talent Review Councils, Development Centers, 360 degree feedback
- Manpower Planning and Organization Design
- Succession Planning
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Attrition control Task force
- Serving as HR business partner and subject matter expert to business leaders to develop, recommend and provide solutions to human capital needs.
- Delivering HR expertise in the areas of people strategies, talent planning, performance management, compensation,
Investigations, resolutions of employee relations issues, and management & administrations of HR policies.
- Provide counsel to upper-level management, advising on compensation, promotions and employee recognition
To support retention of top talent and strategic goals are met.
- Managing and resolving employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Working closely with managers and employees to improve employee engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Protecting organization values by maintaining and strong working relationships throughout the state and across business, and by maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Managing end to end talent acquisition activities for mid-level management.
- Branch visits. Conducting skip level meetings. HR One -O-One.
- Responsible for completion of Mid-Year & Annual performance appraisal process through System.
- Ensure performance ratings of all the employees are received from the HoD's.
- Preparation and execution of Performance Improvement plan (PIP).
- Maintaining end to end Employee HR activities. Ensuring all employee database such as transfer, role change Is updated in system.
- Conducting exit interviews and assessing the reasons for attrition and taking precautionary measures.
- Identifying and upgrading talent from within the organization through internal promotion platform
