Corporate Head - Security (20-30 yrs)
Position Summary : Responsible for ensuring all aspect of Security and safety of properties pan India.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for ensuring all aspect of Security and safety of all commercial buildings (Offices) & retail property (Malls) pan India.
- Define Systems and Processes related to Security in all buildings and ensure continuous monitoring and review of the same in order to plug any loop holes in the system.
- Researches and deploys state-of-the-art technology solutions, innovative security management techniques and develop standards.
- Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of occupants, employees and visitors.
- Maintain relationships with local police and state law enforcement and other related government agencies.
- Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
- Analysis potential Threat and weak points- analysis.
- Provision for controlled and monitored site evacuation.
- Develop suitable Security intelligence network to gather and collate information related to the activities of the Occupants and their employees, visitors / customers, public in surrounding area and take proactive measures to curb possible threat to security of the building and its occupants.
- Following to ensure through Facility management partner
- Ensure all Security related Equipment's including electronic surveillance system are in place and operational so as to prevent occurrence of theft, sabotage, accident etc.
- Ensure continuous surveillance on the activities of the Occupants, Visitors / Customers etc. in order to pre-empt / curb any incident of pilferage / accidents and control nefarious activities in and around the buildings.
- Ensure regular training of the Security personnel for enhancing their skills and sustain the standards of Security system.
- Ensuring that no encroachment take place around the buildings of the company.
- Ensure smooth traffic in and around the property.
- Deployment of Security Agencies for different complexes on the basis of technical evaluation of the competency of the security agency and the man power deployment.
- Evaluation of the security system, it's up-gradation and surprise checks in the property.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate/Post Graduate
- 20 - 30 years experience of working in India /abroad with large organization / PAN India Operations.
- Knowledge in entire process for security administration
- Handled large complex
- Exposure to Crisis management / Risk mitigation
