Building and growing the NGO, as an organization, is capable of achieving the vision and maintaining its values. 2. Managing, retaining and growing the Team to its full potential. 3. Developing and implementing policies and processes for the organisation. 4. Working with outsourced agencies for managing accounting, payroll, IT and legal activities. 5. Coordinating and supporting BMD, AMD and CSD to perform their functions.
