Corporate Financial Controller - Private Equity Firm (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring for a Corporate Controller based with a large MNC (Private Equity firm) in Mumbai,
Shifts: UK
Job Profile :
- Month-end, quarter-end and annual accounting books and records including, journals, expense accruals, costs allocations, revenue calculations and Bank reconciliations.
- Assisting the Associate Director with Quarter End and Year-end Financial Statements and associated account reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable and Maintaining vendor relationships.
- Compliance with local taxation: Income Tax/TDS/ GST.
- Quarterly sales invoicing.
- Liaising frequently with corporate controllers, tax, compliance, legal teams in London and NY to ensure various matters are addressed proactively, timely and accurately.
- Working closely with the other team members on initiatives and ensuring team best practice.
- Completing ad hoc and special requests as directed.
