One of our client which is a leading domestic bank is looking to hire a senior professional in Corporate Finance role.
- Origination of deals - Ability to connect with Promoters & Clients with strong influencing abilities.
- Executing deals- Overall in-charge of the transaction until deal closure. Collateral preparation, investor strategy & negotiations, investor & client management, deal documentation, coordination with all the agencies etc.
- Work integrally with capital markets and syndication teams for generating new mandates and assisting them in its execution
- Good team player and mentoring of team members
