Qualification - CA or MBA (Finance)
Having Experience from IT /ITES Industry
- Experience in Variance analysis
- Management Reporting
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Analysing & Tracking financials for the Business Units and the Company including key cost drivers analysis and assessment of financial variances and trends on a monthly basis
- Quarterly variance analysis for company financials and identifying cost optimisation areas for further action
- Reporting of performance synopsis with key observations to senior management
- Compilation of annual topline and operational/capital expense budgets and resource planning forecasts of the Company and its subsidiaries
- Supporting the CFO/Business Leaders for periodic Business/Sales reviews as well Board of Directors and other presentations
- Managing commercials pricing models for all bids/proposals for business units
- Preparation of account and project profitability reports for senior management review.
