Sectors : Equity deals in infrastructure sector (renewable, roads, logistics, power & city gas distribution)

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- End to end deal execution.

- Collateral Preparation and Pitching.

- Industry and Company Research

- Business Development

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideating, deal execution.

- Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assist senior bankers for equity transaction execution

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

Qualification : CA/MBA
