Corporate Finance Expert (for industrial automotive company)

Company: A leading industrial automotive company having global presence. They are considered to be the market leaders in the products they manufacture. Have been exporting their products to various parts of the globe.

Education Qualification: CA/ ICWAI/ MBA

Total Experience: 5 - 7 years of post qualification experience in Corporate Finance. Preferably from a manufacturing company or a Big4 having catered to manufacturing sector.

Scope of Work:

Corporate Finance, Financial modelling, evaluation of acquisition targets, dealing with banks & credit rating agencies, preparation of working capital and Term Loan proposals, Trade Finance, and Forex & Treasury.

Desired experience:

Ideal candidate must have experience in Corporate finance, financial modelling, little experience in M&A and should have knowledge/ experience of dealing with banks & credit rating agencies.
