We have a challenging assignment in a Corporate Finance Role with a leading Auto Ancillary Company part of a 5000 Crore Group.  The role is virtually like a Deputy CFO role.  Position : Corporate Finance Controller (Corporate Position)  Direct Reporting : Group CEO  Dotted Line Reporting : CFO  - Has to offer leadership and a guiding role and work with 8+ separate group companies and their Controllers.  - Be a Leader who is a link between the Controllers of various Companies and their plants and help collate all information in a standardised manner to the top management for easy decision making.  - set up uniform standards, processes and policies across all group companies so that the data flow is seamless.  - Handle Big 4 Auditor escalations and intervene to take appropriate action at the ground level.  - take proactive steps to ensure that taxation, compliance and other issues are on track and planned well to avoid any last minute hiccups / disruptions.  - De-facto operational CFO who takes care of company wide operational issues, so that the CFO can focus on Strategic Initiatives and help the Vice Chairman in growth initiatives.  - Handle overall activities related to - Accounting, Management Reporting, Audits, Legal - Taxation, Project Controlling Activities, Networking, People Management.  Candidate Profile  - CA with 10-15 years of experience in a large manufacturing company with experience in handling overall accounting for a multi - entity setup (multiple Companies with separate P&L's).  - Hands on experience in handling a multi entity, multi locational setup   - experience in a high value & volume manufacturing setup.  Compensation : 35 - 40 Lakhs  Suitable Candidates may apply here / connect with Kanika on 9911179375 or Apoorva on 9911179217  ALL SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE TO COME TO OUR OFFICE (THE RECRUITERS) IN GURGAON FOR A FIRST LEVEL INTERACTION.
