Position : Corporate & Enterprise Marketing Head
Experience : 16-22 Years
Location : Greater Noida
Key Requirements :
- All round proven B2B services marketing experience of at least 8-10 years and total relevant experience of 16-22 years. MBA, Significant experience in the IT/ITES industry will be preferred.
Hands on knowledge/expertise in the following areas :
- Brand building strategy and tactics using a multi-channel approach to create brand awareness/salience
- Analyst relations - How to effectively leverage this channel to create positive perceptions for the brand and generate business leads/opportunities
- Digital and Content Marketing Expertise - knowledge of modern marketing techniques, which increasingly leverage digital channels and content marketing. Good understanding of what works, what doesnt and how to cost effectively leverage these.
- Marcom to develop appropriate communications for ongoing engagement with prospects/customers and analysts/advisors
- Demand Generation strategies/tactics, lead generation using proper lead scoring/nurturing methodologies, operational knowledge of marketing automation systems
- Sales enablement & sales interlock: ability to develop key artifacts and assets, capability decks, and help sales communicate the key messages required
- Team management skills & ability to operate in a global and regional matrix structure

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop the corporate marketing strategy and annual plan to help meet the specific brand and business priorities for the company and support the overall corporate agenda for growth.
- Budget and quarterly operational plan to execute on the marketing priorities.
- Develop appropriate strategies and tactics to drive the following primary marketing priorities:
- Brand Development: Build and sustain brand awareness and saliency at a global level, leveraging all channels: digital, AR, PR, right messaging and relevant, compelling content.
- Drive Vertical level positioning and brand building for the key verticals - Travel & Transportation, BFS & I, Media and Manufacturing, across all channels
- Marketing for two key horizontals: IMS & Digital Services, including strategy & tactics around partner marketing, key influence engagement and overall content, messaging and digital support.
- Market Development: drive the Analyst & Advisor relations program for the company, working closing with regional AR, to leverage and positively impact the key influencer community.
- Managing Shared Services Hub: that caters to regional and central needs for content, design & production, corporate marcom support.
- Website, inbound/outbound digital marketing, digital analytics, etc.
- Marketing Ops & Demand Centre management - IST, Pardot, lead analytics, marketing reporting, dashboards, etc.
- Marketing Effectiveness: As part of the core marketing leadership, have to contribute actively to building the core marketing functional effectiveness in the organization and help the transformation agenda to a best in class team.
