It tremendously helps students &amp; learners struggling with their entry into the job market and working professionals facing tough situations during layoffs, pay cuts, etc. Requirements :&nbsp; Board Infinity is seeking an experienced professional who can hold the position of Corporate Engagement Manager Job Duties : - Work towards building employer relationships with top 30 brands in IT and Analytics Services space in India - Tie up with reputable brand names in startup (Series B+ companies) for data analytics, digital marketing, and full-stack development roles - Have strategic conversations around how the curriculum could suit the volume requirements of some of these players - Add strong value to the corporate partner by engaging with them on regular basis, understand their talent requirements, and see where all help can be delivered - The ability to lead a team is very important - Any experience in developing a strong employer brand is highly desirable and preferred - Setting up alumni group and leveraging the power of the group - Conduct a yearly corporate summit, where esteemed dignitaries are invited - 100% accountability on placements - Any background running assessments to evaluate and connecting students and driving process improvements to improve offer conversions is essential - Prefer a person with a strong corporate network pan India with a large contact base and strong relationships - Strong engagement with corporates through GLs and more - Ability to map needs of the industry viz a viz skill sets of students - Ability to predict future requirements and customize program and curriculum accordingly Requirements : - 7+ years of corporate relationship experience - Job Primary Location: Mumbai (work from the office) - Willingness to travel if required for conferences or client visits
