Corporate Credit Analyst/Associate - Offshore Bank

Client is a Global Bank with offshore unit in Mumbai.

The Team focuses on arranging, investing and providing funding across APAC region through funding products, team structures, underwrites and acts as lead investor/co-investor with FIs , banks, funds and asset managers.

Role specs:

Analyst / Associate [based on work exp]

As deal team member- perform due diligence on newly originated special situations, leverage finance and equity backed loans across the APAC region.

Fundamental credit analysis including business and industry analysis and financial modelling

Participating in discussions with borrowers and diligence advisors

Preparing credit memos and communicating views to seniors in clear and concise manner

Continuous monitoring of credits under coverage including analysis of quarterly performance

Candidate Specs:

1. Must be in a Corporate Credit role covering either APAC, EMEA , Americas region with a Rating Agency or a Offshore Bank

2. Must be flexible to work in a India shift [8.30 AM to 5.30 PM ] & UK Shift [1.0 PM - 10.0 PM] Cab facilities shall be provided.

3. Open to relocation candidates also; but hybrid work from Mumbai.
