Corporate Controller - Asset Management Firm - CA

About our client - Our client is one of the leading global asset management company based out of Mumbai

Job description:

- Managing month-end, quarter-end, and annual accounting books and records including expense accruals, costs allocations, revenue calculations, corporation income tax accruals under US / UK GAAP, etc

- Devising and overviewing of Year-end financial statements and timely completion of related audits

- Accountable for Filing Quarterly VAT GST returns, annual tax returns

- Responsible for cash management of entities under remit and settling the intercompany balances

- Liaising frequently with corporate / fund controllers, tax, compliance, legal & other stakeholders

The Successful Candidate should:

- Be a qualified CA (Batch 2016-2019) with post qualification experience in financial services. industry

- Have atleast 2-4 years of Back office controllership/ legal entity reporting

- Have the knowledge of working with US/UK GAAP

- Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel
