Purpose of Job: This candidate will take on a high-visibility role and fill a critical need on the team. Particularly, this person will oversee Sustainability Management (ESG) and Investor Relations and maintain regular reporting cadence to internal and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: Investor Relations: - Develop and maintain company's investor relations plan - Create presentations and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors. - Coordinate for ESG mandates and requirements from current and potential investors. - Impact Metric Reporting to be organized and sent on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Manages the investor relations portion of the company website - Monitors general industry and analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management. - Builds and handles creation of company's Annual Reports Sustainability Management: - Creation of ESG Plan and required Policies, Procedures and Documentation, Implementation & Monitoring. Reporting updates and results to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis cadence, including monthly, quarterly, annual reporting. - Develop ESMS/ESG in line with organizations needs, and international standards and guidelines and develop and deliver ESG related training. - Stay up to date with global standards related to socially responsible/ESG investing and reporting including but not limited to IFC Performance Standards (IFC PS1-8), ILO Conventions, United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), IRIS, UN Principles for Responsible Investing, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, CERISE, Client Protection Principles and Social Ratings - Maintain awareness of global ESG trends and tools, metrics and KPIs, and share updates and implications with broader team and management - Support the leadership in developing and implementing proper management system for improving the overall ESG performance of the company - Implement and monitor the EHG management system, plans and safe work Procedures. Develop, implement, monitor and review the corporate emergency preparedness response plan - Defining monitoring, reporting social objectives and the impact of the company. Submits on-time external reporting for social impact purposes such as ATLAS, CERISE Qualifications: Masters degree and above, with professional qualifications in ESG and Safety Management Systems, or related International Standards. Other Requirements: Best to have related work experience at a finance or social impact company or above 5+ years experience in Environment, Social and Investor management, should be in a supervisory capacity in ESG and Investor relation related roles. Skills &amp; Competencies Confident and can provide guidance. Skills Technical Skills Working knowledge in ESG Management Systems and ESG Auditing Techniques etc. Soft Skills Good training &amp; communication skill suitable to an environment working with Senior Executives and External Stakeholders. Detail-oriented, strong organizational and planning skills. Competencies Behavioral Traits Avid learner with a desire to contribute, self-starter, confident in delivery and willingness to help.
