In-bound In-line communication with : SBUs Head, VP Marketing, VP Sales, Finance Head, Company Secretary, Auditors.

Management Information System procedure : All SBUs' head, VP Marketing, VP Sales, Finance Head, Company Secretary & other stake holders will set up communication with the "Corporate Business Analyst" and mark a copy to the Chairman.

Job Description :

- Candidate require advertising agency bag round is require

- Convent educated female, age not more than 30 years.

- A think tank, Number driven, strategy maker, Highly presentable & Polished, having positive ego state of mind. Having zeal to drive her own business setup.

- Experience in Brand management agency or image consulting or Service or hospitality Industry or media Company is must. Retail experience would be definite a plus.

- Advertising agency background is require)

- Having interest in Creativity & Public relation.

- Flexible & high degree of loyalty towards company.

- Formulation of strategy to onboard technical & Non technical resources in the payroll, off roll & turnkey project basis globally.

- To be acted as one of the major key strategy & decision maker and advisor for the Chairman pertaining to present & forthcoming venture.

- A keen observer & monitoring person of the whole process and submit report confidentially to the Chairman.

- Meeting decision maker in lieu of Business development, engaging Service provider, Global Fund raiser, Government authority, attend business meet across domestic & international market to download about the Services, ROI, Mission, Vision & as and where require by the company.

- Attending Seminar, conference, Business meet, Reward function, Trade shows etc across globe.

- Strategies event & reward program to boost up motivate internal & external stake holders.

- Conceive requirement of the client & frame in the innovative creative input & share with the department heads.

- Domestic & International travel is must.

- Team handling & leadership capability is mandatory.

KPI:

Compensation: 7 -8.5 Lac

Qualification : PGDBM or B-school graduate in Marketing. Technical qualifications will be a plus.
