Corporate Business Analyst (Manufacturing - CA)

Developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives. Conducting market research, analyzing company performance, and advising on strategic decision-making.

Acts as a central point of contact for the CEO, ensuring information flow and facilitating efficient decision making.

Key Responsibilities.:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and maintain long-term business plans and strategic priorities, often in collaboration with other senior leaders, to support the CEO's vision.

Decision Support:

- Provide information, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO to support informed decision making on strategic issues.

- Design analytics of key operating metrics & business drivers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in developing executive operational reviews.

- New models implementation, calculation of post model adjustments.

- Help with M&A where opportunity arises.

- Help identify needs/gaps of concern in systems/processes & providing solutions.

- Create comprehensive financial models. involving scenario analysis, risk assessment & return analysis.

- Assist with Strategic Alliances, Competition Analysis, Pricing, Profitability etc.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and internal assessments to identify opportunities and risks.

Performance Monitoring:

- Track the progress of strategic initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and report on key findings to the CEO.

Project Management:

- Coordinate the execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective implementation.

Communication & Coordination:

- Serve as a key point of contact for the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across different departments and teams.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, potentially including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or new market entry.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA with 2-4 years of experience in Strategy, CEO's office in Mid to Large sized Organizations

Have excellent Financial Analytics and Business Analysis skills.

2. Experience of working with Stakeholders closely.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks, and develop effective strategies.

4. Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, build strong relationships, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.

5. Experience in managing complex projects, from initiation to completion, with strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Understanding of the company's industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.

7. Strong understanding of business principles, financial management, and strategic planning.

8. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping the CEO to navigate the complexities of strategic decision-making and drive the company towards its long-term goals.
