Corporate Branch Head - Bank (14-18 yrs)

Looking for the Branch Head with experience of diversified business banking experience, Specialized in Corporate Banking, Credit, Investments and Operations for a Foreign sector bank.

Location : - Kolkatta

Experience: 14-18 years

Job Purpose: Managing the Branch with the objective of achieving optimum efficiency and the maximum profitable contribution to the bank as per Budget plans / Strategy objectives

The roles objective is :

- Ensure profitability of the branch by achieving the financial targets for assets (Corporate Assets) and liabilities ensuring quality of portfolio

- Addition of new customers and deepening of relationships with existing clients along with cross selling existing products to customers.

Branch Operations :

- Control and supervise Branch operations, Trade Finance operations and ensure adherence to all guidelines and compliance requirements on time.

- Ensure compliance in Regulatory, Policies, guidelines and other requirements in the Operational areas.

- Co-ordinate all the Audit programmes of the branch.

- Timely & effective compliance to various Audit findings.

Branch Administration :

- Ensure all support requirements are in proper working mode, AMCs / Insurance cover are updated, and take necessary preventive actions against any eventualities; provide Management with timely alerts.

- Ensure Admin requirements of the Branch, with adequate control measures and co-ordinate with corporate office, for the prompt execution of the initiatives.

- Ensure Budgetary controls are in place and no breaches in any of the expenditure lines.

- Periodical review of all costs and expenditure, with a view to endeavor reduction of expenses, on an ongoing basis.

- Lead and motivate staff to implement the branch's objectives effectively

- Introduce a framework by reviewing the workflows and processes and recommend solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources.
