Corporate Analytics Planner - Pharma

Background:

- Academic: CA, MBA of CWA

- Pharma industry knowledge would be an added advantage

- Analytical frame of mind, with an orientation to go in details

- Should be able to analyze trends / draw insights from data

- Strong communication & networking skills

- Should be good in presentation skills and advanced excel. Working knowledge of ERP, BPC, analytical tools

Key Role:

1. Analytics

a. Tracking key health & performance metrics of business and providing business / Top Management with lead indicators

b. Project based assignments to identify the root cause of any stated problem and actions required for improvement

c. Tracking peer group / industry results, developments, management commentary - providing insights & its impact on business

d. Identification and support on the productivity improvement opportunities

2. Management Reporting

a. Monthly / quarterly reporting of business performance

b. Presentations to Top Management on Business health & performance

c. Presentations to Board/Audit Committee on Company's health & performance

3. Planning Process

a. Prepare broad Indicators and industry trends to help business in building the budgeting exercise.

b. Setting productivity improvement metrics as part of Planning process

c. Setting aspiration & targets for business and company

d. Review the Budgets of all business units, analyse key drivers to growth and the major risks.

e. Drive the Latest Estimates process and drive business to achieve targets.

4. Financial Closing related activities - Quarterly & Annual

a. Analytical Reviews as per IGAAP & IFRS

b. Performance reports & presentations for Board & Audit Committee

c. MD&A sections for quarterly & Annual reports

5. Automation & Digitalization

a. Monitoring of the management dashboards

b. BPC tool utilization for improved analytics

c. Lead the digitalization projects

6. Supporting the Investor Relations in order to enable the IR team in timely and accurate preparation and presentation of the Company's results

a. Preparation of Press Release, Press Presentation, Earning Call Transcript

b. Preparation of Investor presentation, stakeholder committee presentation

c. Tracking the shareholders movement

d. Preparation of Investor FAQs

7. Strategic Planning

a. Projections & Modelling

8. Performance management

a. Preparation / monitoring of the Finance scorecard

b. Support the performance evaluation for company / business scorecards

c. Track the KPI's through monthly activity tracker
