Corporate Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-14 yrs)
- VBU related analytics and support.
- Sales cost analysis by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a seniors based on sound analysis.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements; operational metrics tracking.
- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards.
- Identifying Cost Optimization opportunities, Bench marking Cost.
- Experience of working directly with CEO/managing director in Past
- Must have strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills

- Experience working with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage cost saving projects
- MBA (Top Tier B School) and/or CA
