Corporate Alliances & Partnerships Lead - Education - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

To fit the bill you must be a seasoned marketing professional with a strong connect with leading corporates & Institutions- You must have been into partnerships and alliances role focused on corporates & institutes primarily dealing with CHROs / CXOs. This needs to be coupled with your passion for education and the interest to switch your career to joining a leading educational organization focusing on the social sector to build corporate & institutional relations.

The role comes with the following responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the P&L of this education vertical both from getting business and delivering

- Setting a vision and developing goals and aligned strategies for leading one of the key initiatives in the social education sector

- Responsible for building the brand nationally, regionally, and within colleges and corporates to attract the best talent in India

- Building fruitful relationships with CXOs/CHROs in India's top organizations & institutes for promoting and partnering in improvising the education system in India.

- Capturing and investigating in-depth data and evidence to analyze trends, monitor progress to goals, and adapt and iterate on strategies

- Creating processes and systems which maximize the potential of the recruitment process for both corporates and students.

- Managing large & diverse team spreading across 8 cities

- Excellent project planning and project management skills

- Proven track record in Corporate & Institutional alliance / Marketing/ Key Account Management experience, is a must have

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Good oral & written communication, analytical skills, interpersonal & man management skills and good leadership qualities.

- A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or an MBA from premier institute is needed.

- Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively support business to meet objectives.

- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
