Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Engage and partner with corporates in promoting CLIENT qualification, products and services to their employees
- Drive Corporate activities in India to achieve CLIENT's KPIs in line with long-term strategy
- Work closely with the Line Manager to implement the market development strategies and plans across the organisation as necessary
- Identify new business opportunities and builds strong business relationship with relevant stakeholders
- Pitch to potential corporates in the private & public sector through understanding the key business and CLIENT's added value to the organisation
- Devise business development strategies with major corporates & institutions for employee talent development through delivering CLIENT's products and services
- Promote CLIENT to potential corporates and ensure CLIENT is the choice of professional qualification for employees to pursue their career in Management Accountancy
- Network with corporates to raise CLIENT's profile and increase brand awareness among key stakeholders
- Identify the underperforming areas and proposes continuous improvement plan as effective business solution to fit the business needs
- Review and maintains top accounts list in Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Conduct analysis of on-going market and competitors to gauge positioning of CLIENT in the market
- Tie-up with corporates to address employability needs by developing Internship - Workplace integrated program.
- Any other relevant responsibilities as required

- Able to deploy a range of communication skills - diplomacy, active listening and clear articulation
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight datelines
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- High level of Initiative - a strong self-starter
- High work ethic and targets-oriented
- Good IT skills
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education :
- Minimum Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or any equivalent field
- At least 8 - 10 year(s) working experiences in B2B Business Development
- Experienced in education industry/learning & development and a proven track record in revenue generation from corporate training programs is a must.
- Proven in advanced level of consultative sales experience
- Requisite corporate experience
