1. TNI & CALENDARIZATION
- Prepare L&D strategy in line with HR and Business Strategy, aligning with organizational goals, values, vision, mission and philosophy.
- Conduct training analysis with inputs from business heads, HODs, focused group discussions, questionnaires, feedback , competency analysis, etc
- Prepare a training plan and further make a training calendar based on the Unit requirements with special emphasis on safety training.
- Seek necessary approval for rolling out the calendar.
- Prepare annual training budget with emphasis to increase efficiencies in training methodology, faculty effectiveness, facilities etc.
- Undertake a sizeable percentage of programs for measuring level 3 and level 4 evaluations.
- Ensure Training Quality Management Systems is implemented throughout the learning processes in the plant.

2. COMPETENCY & SKILL MANAGEMENT:
- Develop and administer procedures related to the company competency management system
- Establish a tracking system and update employee competency information as required
- Oversee the integration of competency changes from time to time at the organizational level, unit level or job level
- Implement competency-based training and development programs
- Formulate unit-wide competency gap analysis and decide on target training investments based on the analysis.
- Submit annual reports on competency analysis
3. PSMS :
Ensure process safety training for all process safety critical positions for New joiners, transfers and Refresher training
4. SAFESTART :
Prepare SafeStart Annual training calendar, Execute training on all core units and extended application units for employees.
Devise and measure the effectiveness of behavioural-based safety training.
5. CAPABILITY BUILDING :
Develop an internal trainers pool for various competencies.
Engage external SMEs for identified training programmes.
6. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT :
- Engage retired talent and retiring talent for knowledge sharing and skill building.
- Methodology is both through classroom training and OJT.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Telugu Speaking Mandatory
- MBA (HR) or MHRM (Preferably a Science graduate)
- Minimum 8yrs of relevant experience
