Manager-ABAP Lead

Qualifications : B.Tch/M.Tech

Experience : 10 to 15 Years of SAP(S/4 HANA) ABAP Programming with minimum THREE End-to-End Implementations experience.

- Serving as a subject matter expert resource for SAP ECC 6.0, S4 HANA, NetWeaver Server, O Data, CDS Views, Fiori, and SAP best practices.

- Provide a lead architecture role to support multiple, parallel projects while maintaining reliability and performance.

- Handling ABAP team and ensure to get it done the timely work without any issues

- Should have strong knowledge in ABAP technologies of S/4 HANA viz. Data Dictionary, Function modules, Interactive Reporting, Dialog Programming, BAPI, RFC, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, ALE/IDocs, Interface Programming, BDC, Workflow and Data Conversions.

- Ensure team would be responsible for technical analysis, designing, reviews, testing an implementation of SAP developments, ranging from small enhancements to large projects.

- Support team on business implementations by sharing best practice development skills.

- Provide the support to ABAP team for initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality.

- Work with the SAP Functional experts to facilitate incident & problem resolution.

- Work with SAP to resolve software bugs.

- Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.

- Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.

- Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for finance related processes.

- Provide the support to ABAP team for Develops technical specifications and works with BASIS and functional experts to complete object development and testing.

- Lead and coordinate the work of all projects comes under development process.

- Provides leadership in the development of functional skills in others through active knowledge sharing.

- Perform code review and single point of contact for all ABAP developments.

- Strong knowledge of using Solution Manager for change management or any other charms tool

- Experience should be in NetWeaver and other relevant ABAP technologies
