Core Team Member - Strategy/Sales & Business Development - Startup (0-10 yrs)

Be part of the core team member who will spearhead the Sales strategy based on data on what sells and effectively close deals with Big Advertisers in the outdoor advertising space. The person should be good in finance.

We do both B2B and B2C sales. Marketplace business

Skills:

1) Proficiency in Negotiating Commercial terms(Pricing structure/discounts and termination schedules for contracts with other businesses and conglomerates.

2) Presenting Investment use case for geographical expansion and determining the rationale for the same.

3) Structuring Master Service Agreements(MSA) for procurement of equipment, raw materials

4) Apart from these details, we want to get a true leader on board, who with his/her analytical skills brings weight to the position and leads team members to new heights.

The job has a sizeable equity component attached to it. This is an opportunity for the ambitious and the brave hearted.


Salary offered: 18-35LPA
