Role/Designation: CFO(Chief Financial Officer)

Reports to MD

Location : Hyderabad

Qualification: Should be CA with relevant experience

Experience: 10 - 15+ yrs (Relevant Experience)

- Responsible for Finance Planning & Control, Fund Raising, Working Capital Management, Treasury, Loan Documentation, Bank Relationship, leasing & Hire Purchase, Bank Relationship, Trade, Investment, Audit and Internal Control

Job Description

- Provide timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports. Oversee completion of timely annual audited financial statements.

- Continually improves the timeliness and accuracy of the Company's cash flow and management of the billing and collections process

- Providing strategic recommendations to the management and members of the executive management team

- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

- Advising on long-term business and financial planning

- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

- Provide direction to finance and accounting team

- Determining financial objectives.

- Should co-ordinate with the internal auditors, Statutory Auditors or Tax Consultants in the Finance & Accounting Team.

- Responsible for Business Performance with Focus on Profitability / margins, Budgets v/s Actuals, MIS and business partnering

- Experience in Financial Analysis, CMA Reports, Accounting Process Design, Accounting Process Development, Detailed Project Reports( DPR), Business Financial Models, Cost Accounting Management, Project Evaluation(Project I RR, ROI, Cost of Capital, etc),Audit Function, Taxation, Forex, Statutory / Regulatory / Legal matters & Corporate Governance.

- Decision making, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Experience in Treasury & Fund Management, DPR, PIM & CMA Reports, Liaison & Coordinating, Fund raising & Working Capital Management
